Okay,
So now you know about all the main parts of an acoustic guitar, the second thing you should know about guitar are the strings.
There are normally 6 strings in a guitar, E A D G B E ,
You can learn it like this,

Elephants    And    Dogs    Grow    Big    Ears.

as you can see. Starting from the thickest one I will try to tell you all about the strings.

1.    E string: the one on the extream left is the low pitch E string.
2.    A string: the very next string on the right of the thickest E string is A string.
3.    D string: the very next string on the right of A string is D string.
4.    G string: the very next string on the right of D string is G string.
5.    B string: the very next string on the right of G, and of cource second last looking at the pattern is B string.
6.    E string: don’t get confused, this is the thinnest string on the extreme right hand side. It is also called E string, but has the highest pitch.
